Enjoyed a wonderful lunch for our son’s birthday while on a road trip. Staff were great and the food was the best we have had from a cafe in a long time.

We had a lovely dinner. Very friendly. Reasonable price. They make their cakes and rolls in house. The pho was a generous serve. Very clean. Taste was great. Definitely recommend.

The lady at service was lovely, although I did receive the wrong food (sweet chilli chicken instead of beef) it was still quite nice

Travelling in Vietnam, you eat Pho and drink Viet ice-coffee, right? So now imagine driving through Gayndah and getting the exact same authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot get good Asian food in the Burnett. But this place is nailing it. Go there!

I just visited Hanoi and northern Vietnam a few months ago. The pho here was as good if not better than the best restaurants there. 10/10. Great, down to earth friendly aussie service with legitimate, excellent Vietnamese food at a better price than the city. Edit: everything else out here is 1.2x more expensive. This is the only thing cheaper AND it's better quality.

Had dinner here last night. 4 of us loved it. Great food, great prices, friendly service, lovely decor. Didn't have room for the sweets unfortunately but they looked yummy too.

The Banh Mi's are delicious! We had a traditional pork and a BBQ pork. Both were lovely but me and my husband both preferred the BBQ. The home made bread was incredible and the food was so fresh. Vietnamese iced coffee was huge! Definitely worth the visit! Really impressed!

Gayndah Pastry Café - Viet Food is one of the most authentic restaurants for Vietnamese cuisine within Gayndah and the North Burnett region. I have been eating there for the last two months or so and their meal options are to die for. Their coffee/Cappuccino is excellent and they source coffee beans from a grower near Brisbane, QLD. My main recommendations are the Viet-style ice coffee, Cappuccino, fried rice and sushi rolls. All of these options are excellent choices and priced very reasonably. Prices are also on par with another Asian owned business, Thanom’s Thai Takeaway. If anyone wants to experience any food or beverage from Vietnam, Viet Food has my glowing recommendation.
